Training the workforce, ensuring people are appreciated, valued and given regular feedback is required to ensure each person has a clear understanding of their role and how they contribute to the business.

Environment
CNS Partners Ltd., manages both the direct and indirect environmental impacts arising from its operations. Environmentally sustainable operating systems are implemented wherever reasonably practicable, to manage the company’s direct impact on our base environment and that of the wider community.
Initiatives adopted to reduce impact on our environment include (but are not limited to) the following;
- Minimise the use of paper in the office
- Seek to buy recycled and recyclable paper products
- Reuse and recycle all paper products where possible
- Reduce the need to travel, restricting to necessary trips only
- Promote the use of alternatives, such as email/video calls and conferencing
- Continually improve and monitor environmental performance
- Increase employee awareness through training
Health and Safety
CNS Partners Ltd., ensures the health, safety and welfare of its employees, and that of other individuals who could be affected by their undertaking. In accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, and other applicable legislation, CNS Partners Ltd., will undertake assessments of risks and instigate arrangements that, so far as is reasonably practicable, ensure;
- Places of work are maintained and in a safe condition;
- Working environments are safe and without risk to health;
- Work equipment and systems of work are safe and without risk to health;
- Adequate welfare facilities are provided; and
- Information, instruction, training and supervision are provided to ensure the health and safety of its employees and that of persons who may be affected by their work activities.
